Bo. was born as a business and family adventure with the fundamental objective of making customers feel at home while enjoying a meal or a drink.

We aim to serve informal cuisine where the main objective is to turn traditional recipes into modern dishes that transport us to our memories of home cooking.

The quality of our products, some of them locally sourced and some from our own vegetable garden make our dishes fresh and interesting.
